We offer part-time work, mornings, $16-$23′ hours a week.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing clerical support for all facility departments and in accordance with facility policy, physician’s orders and State/Federal regulations.

Job Duties:

• Greet visitors to ensure each feels welcome. Direct as requested.
• Receive admission inquiries and promptly process through the Director of Nursing and Billing Department. Respond via Allscripts and log information onto Referral Log.
• Serve as essential member of the Quality Assurance and QAPI Committees.
• Assist with the admission process of every newly-admitted Elder. Coordinate the timely completion of new admission paperwork.
• Assist with administrative duties as directed. Order office supplies as needed.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
• Protects organization by keeping Elder information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, staff meetings and in-services.
• Enhances facility reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $16.00 – $23.00 per hour
