Pink Callers supports home service businesses (such as HVAC, Plumbers, Landscapers, etc) by providing a remote office assistant to handle their office administrative tasks. We are a small company that loves to help our client’s business grow, expand, and be super successful.

As a member of Pink Callers you’ll use your talent and business know-how to handle incoming calls, answer emails, schedule service appointments, resolve complaints, and more.

*This position is remote and full time. The hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (in each Time Zone EST, CST, MST, PST)*

DUTIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS POSITION:

• Answer all incoming business phone calls

• Create and send custom quotes

• Organize and schedule proposal appointments

• Write and respond to email correspondence between clients and their customers

• Develop and maintain client’s online database

• Communicate in a professional manner with internal and external customers

TECH REQUIREMENTS:

• Desktop or Laptop with webcam & speakers and a second monitor

• Operation System must be Windows or Mac based

• Tablets, Winbooks, Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook, & Android systems are NOT compatible
• Recommend hotspot or backup internet in case of outage

Steps in our application process- Must all be completed to be considered:

1. Indeed Application – Submit your indeed application. Please note there are 6 application questions and an assessment that are required.

2. Internet Speed Test – Go to https://speedtest.net and take the test on your computer or laptop. We cannot accept tests taken on your phone. The minimum download speed you need to have is 100 MB and we require an upload speed of at least 10 MB in order for our phone systems to work properly. We can not move you along in the process if you do not pass.

• Make sure your internet traffic is similar to what it will be during work hours as media streaming, ripping, gaming, or other web usage by other members of household that may negatively impact your networks performance.

3. Complete your initial video Interview – After completing the Indeed application and submitting your speed test please click the link below to complete the next step in our hiring process – MY INTERVIEW! This is our initial interview so please treat it as such, you will be on video. It must be submitted in order to move to our final Zoom interview.
