Description:
The Strategist is responsible for identifying and socializing the true drivers of DIRECTV STREAM churn, while working

cross-functionally to create actionable strategies to offset identified pressure.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing weekly and monthly performance- Developing actionable strategies to meet and exceed subscriber retention

targets

• Leveraging ongoing customer insights and analysis to drive business decisions
• Messaging performance readouts.
• Being the primary partner for cross-functional stakeholders to understand performance of products and initiatives
• Identifying opportunities to drive customer retention
• Communicating to a variety of audiences and stakeholders at various levels
• Managing ARPU across all DIRECTV products as they relate to DIRECTV STREAM- Developing data-driven strategies

regarding migrations between DIRECTV Satellite and STREAM

• Owning the migration flow between DIRECTV video products
• Reporting on retention spend and effectiveness
• Analyzing user behavior to identify patterns, uncover opportunities, and create a shared understanding of how our

subscribers are engaging

• Driving cross-marketing and cross-business initiatives from ideation / strategy-setting to execution

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years’ relevant experience
• Data driven, results oriented
• Self-starter, initiative to improve processes and output; organizational by nature
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for the development and presentation of marketing strategies and results
• Must have strong decision-making and analysis skill set
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Communication skills with ability to address business, marketing, and technical audiences
• Detail oriented approach to ensure positive impact
• Ability to analyze and apply data to business strategy and goals
• Resourcefulness and problem solving
