Pinnacle Plastic Surgery Hiring for Administrative Assistant at Remote Full Time

Responsibilities

• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Maintain an electronic filing system
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Process Prior Authorizations & Medical Record Requests
• Assist with Surgery Scheduling
• Maintain contact lists
• Book travel arrangements
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Handle requests and queries from co-workers

Skills

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in Office 365
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
