You will be working with your team to effectively mentor and help your staff close business and grow existing business. You will be able to showcase how you successfully motivated your team to achieve success

• Building relationships with your team to help them grow and achieve their personal sales KPI’s
• Effectively communicate your message to the team, managers and prospect customers
• Able to effectively communicate message in presentations and emails
• Motivate team to close business and achieve targets and expectations
• Meeting with prospect customers with sales representatives to assure brand representation at the best of your abilities
• Managing the activities and targets of a team of Outside Sales professionals
• Working with team to develop quarterly and annual targets

Requirements

• Post secondary education, preferably in a Business focused program
• 7 years of successful Sales Management experience with proven track record
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
• Proven ability to assure team meets their personal goals through people management
• Experience helping team close new business
