Responsibilities

• Help guide our overall strategy through design, prototyping, and market research.
• Partner with our Lead Designer on various design deliverables, including branding, marketing, product, and social
• Collaborate with the Lead Designer to produce visual concepts, videos, and graphics that support overall marketing, sales, and corporate communication goals
• Resolve support requests on a day-to-day basis.
• Partner closely with marketing to communicate brand value.
• Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years experience as a creative problem solver
• Excellent communication skills
• Must know Adobe Creative Suite
• You communicate directly, honestly, and are open to candid feedback.
• You enjoy collaborating with others to solve problems in real-time, and you’re able to take on challenges independently
• You’re constantly learning patterns and trends and using or comfortable with the ever-changing social media landscape (TikTok, Snap)
• Organized and self-sufficient

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,900.00 – $52,000.00 per year
