Job Description:

Our direct clients are seeking a highly motivated and talented Entry Level Software Developer to join their dynamic team. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the USA, including OPT candidates. As an entry level role, this position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with 1-3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software applications.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, debugging, and maintenance.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues reported by users or stakeholders.
• Assist in the documentation of software specifications, user manuals, and technical guides.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for software enhancements and improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in software development, including internships or co-op positions.
• Proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of basic software development principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Eligible to work in the USA, including OPT candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Understanding of software testing and quality assurance processes.
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
