ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY With the continuous growth and expansion of our teams and service offerings, Planit are seeking to attract emerging talent across Australia to grow their careers as quality testing service professionals. This SDET bootcamp program will be the monumental first step in securing a career within the IT industry; including testing and quality, and building great software, but at a technical level. Planit will be hosting a weeklong in-depth SDET Coding Bootcamp program that will equip and elevate you with all the skills that you need to kick of your career in quality engineering. This program will provide you with the basic knowledge on testing and automation and provide an insight into the world of technical testing. During the fun five days, you will provided with guided training and exercises developed by industry leaders, and also be involved in a short project to ensure that you can demonstrate the foundations of your learnings and have what it takes to be able to join us permanently. Once you join us, you will be brought into an SDET community and have 5 weeks of dedicated software engineering and testing training that will provide you with the foundations to succeed in an IT career. Key Responsibilities You will be: • A recent graduate with an IT or computer science degree; • An individual who is self-taught in coding or has recently completed any accelerated programs; • A developer who has decided that technical testing is really where it starts, not where it ends and is just as cool to be in! • A developer looking for exciting opportunity to return to work Toolset/Experience Required What you must have as pre-requisites: • Enjoy coding and solving problems; • The motivation to be the best; • The aptitude and attitude that would stand you out from the rest of the pack; • Professional presentation and interpersonal skills that would potentially see you interact at all levels within an organisation; • Strong verbal and written communication skills to support your professionalism; • An eye for detail and a logical approach to problem solving; • A good knowledge of development practices and coding; • The ability to think on your feet and learn fast; • A team player!

THE PROCESS 1. Search & Selection Applications close at midnight on 10th July 2022 You will be asked to complete a coding challenge after your initial application.
