REPORTS TO: Director of HR and IT

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (In-office) – Full-time Permanent

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer, screen and forward telephone calls; taking messages and providing basic information
• Provide general administrative support, and month end procedures
• Filing and storage of key documents
• Assist with company vehicle acquisition and maintain the company vehicle records as well as maintain the master vehicle spreadsheet
• Planning and organizing meetings
• Assist Human Resources with special projects and training initiatives
• Government reporting and data entry
• Order and maintain adequate inventory of office supplies
• Purchase of photocopiers, support and manage supplies
• Assist in managing office organization and cleanliness
• Participate in year-end inventory count
• Maintain a strict code of confidentiality

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Prioritization and problem-solving skills
• Must be adaptable
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

EDUCATION:

• High School diploma
• College or University is an asset

• Leamington, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
