About The Role
The purpose of the People and Capability Manager role is to support the business to drive improvements in employee performance and engagement, in turn supporting efforts to improve the organisation’s operational and financial performance. Reporting to the Finegand Site Manager, this position will be instrumental in supporting the business to maintain effective ER and creating a positive environment for business improvement and change.
Key Responsibilities
About you:
We are looking for a candidate with significant HR experience, ideally in manufacturing, who possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to influence individuals at various levels within the organisation. The role requires someone who can handle multiple priorities effectively and has previously demonstrated strong relationship-building skills.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should have the capability to find the right balance between demand and capacity while artfully conveying even subtle or complex messages in a clear manner. Silver Fern Farms have a strong focus on their people and values, to which you will feel naturally aligned with and lead by example.
