Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Frontend Software Engineer in San Francisco, CA to collaborate with UX designers and Product Management on requirements. Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, or related field or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience designing and developing Javascript-based applications for company products. Prior experience must include three (3) years of investigating and resolving defects and working with Quality Assurance (QA) team to identify, record and remediate software defects and issues; interfacing with Engineering team to review architecture, documentation, and provide feedback; building best-in-class Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), software development kits (SDKs), and tools; advocating for high test coverage and contributing to unit, integration & E2E test suites; and in executing duties, utilizing JavaScript, Typescript, Angular, HTML, CSS (SASS and LESS), D3, Performance Optimization, Responsive Design, Git, Project Management, CMS Development, Agile Software Development Principle and Test Driven Development. Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

$158,080 — $188,600 USD
