We are looking for talented Testing Admin Coordinator who will be a crucial part of our client’s IT Team.The selected candidate will be Tracking security testing issues and ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is uphold in an effective and efficient manner. Responsibilities

• Consolidate pre-requisites before contacting vendor for testing
• Provide daily or weekly updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about timeline and progress
• Liaises with In-house developers by assigning tasks, communicating expected deliverables, monitor progress and adjust as needed
• Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions

Qualification

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites / Apps (SharePoint, Excel)
• Proficient in Confluence / Jira
• IT Background / SDLC or a related field is a bonus
• 2-3 Years of project management or related experience
• Ability to solve problems
• Consistency in the quality of work and attention to details
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness
• Written and verbal communication skills
