PLR Worldwide Sales specializes in licensing, promoting, and marketing mobile games developed by Playrix, one of the top ten highest-grossing mobile developers in the world and the company behind the hit games Homescapes, Gardenscapes, Wildscapes, Fishdom, and Township, which are played by millions of people every day worldwide.

We are looking for an Ireland-based Customer Support Representative to provide support for our mobile games that have a user base in the multi-millions. You’ll interact with players from all over the world while troubleshooting their issues and making sure their feedback is reflected in our games. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide tech support for our free-to-play mobile games on multiple platforms (manage player tickets with the help of support engineers)
• Communicate with players and give technical advice
• Identify issues, prioritize, report and follow up on them until they’re resolved using internal and external tools
• Collaborate with other departments, including production, QA, design, programming, legal and marketing
• Research and obtain solutions and information

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills in English, including writing
• Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and to effectively communicate them to people possessing various levels of technical knowledge
• Experience playing mobile games is preferred
