Pocketbook Agency Hiring for Executive Personal Assistant to UHNW Individual at Miami, FL Full Time

Our client, a high profile Executive, is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to provide support to his executive office and domestic team. The Principal is a world class financial investor, philanthropist, and father. The role will support the Principal and his family from their home and office based in Miami, FL as well provide necessary support to all aspects of both his professional and personal life. The ideal candidate has experience supporting high profile or C-Level executives as an EA/PA. This role will work in tandem with a cohesive team that are exclusively responsible for the Principal’s logistics, calendar, and lifestyle.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required to apply. This role requires infinite attention to detail, unmatched diligence, and discretion. It is imperative to have a positive outlook and “can do attitude, no task is too big or too small”. Communication is critical to the success of working with the principle, his family and executive team. This role may require travel, and requires someone who can be flexible in their schedule. Must be located in Miami or able to relocate ASAP. Must be able to provide excellent references and pass an in depth background check.

Responsibilities:

• Success in the role requires seamless, effective collaboration with the Executive Office team, and with staff across the Principal’s multiple homes, aircraft, as well as his family office. The Executive Assistant is a trusted counselor to the principle on matters of complex scheduling, logistics and travel, and executes the Principal’s guidance as a collegial teammate who partners with colleagues across all platforms
• Preforms all basic office functions, serves as the primary gatekeeper for all communication and correspondence with the Principal
• Liaises with drivers, pilots, boat captain, house staff and all members of the organization
• Present at onsite meetings and properties when appropriate
• Contributes to travel & logistical planning
• Supports all operational efforts as well as the Director of Scheduling
• Anticipates needs of the Principal and family, household staff and service providers
• Continuously informs all transportation professionals of scheduling changes to ensure they have the most up to date information, locations, and timing of Principal’s movements
• Exercise exceptional discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance to the principle and organization
• Handles all matters expeditiously, proactively, and drives projects to successful completion, often while working with a time sensitive deadline
• Partners with the Director of Scheduling to manage the Principal’s social calendar
• Shared accountability for an ‘on call’ availability to answer the Principal’s questions via email, text, or phone call

Location: Miami, FL. (must be passport ready to travel if needed)

Compensation: Up to $115k DOE, plus full benefits, 401k, and discretionary bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
