Polaris Ventures Inc Hiring for Package Delivery Driver at Springtown, TX Full Time

We are a small business that contracts with FedEx Ground out of the North Fort Worth Alliance Terminal. We service city routes in Southlake as well as country routes in the cities of Azle, Springtown, Bridgeport, Poolville, Paradise & Newark.

Looking for friendly and outgoing Team members who are able to deliver outstanding delivery service to our customers.

What we look for in a delivery driver!

*Meet and exceed customer expectations when making deliveries

* Able to drive a delivery vehicle with having safety as the priority

* Capable of getting in and out of vehicle multiple times (approx.: 85-140 deliveries) through out your shift

* Able to lift/move up to a maximum of 150 pounds with the assistance of dolly. Most packages are of decent weight and size.

* Being dependable, reliable & able to handle stressful situations at times.

* Having expericance driving a larger vehicle is recommemded.

Schedule

Part Time – Weekends only OR Friday to Monday schedule

Full time positions – 1 weekend day mandatory 5 or 6 Day schedule available

Requirements

* Pass Background Check (Criminal and Motor vehicle)
* Pass DOT Physical
* Drug screen
* 21 Years old or older
* Driving: 1 year experience – work related
(Uber, Pizza Delivery, Landscaping Military & etc)
* Driver’s License (CDL not required)
* US work authorization
* W-2 Employee only
* Hands free blue tooth device
* Data for navigation app (App Provided)

Bonus

Additional $50 Weekly bonus to be given to all delivery drivers that meet the requirements listed below. After 30 Days

* No Call ins
* Monthly Safety Training completed (5-10 minutes to complete)
