Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule appointments for the owner
- Track tasks and schedules in “Monday”
- Update project schedules in “Monday”
- Telephone and email Sub-contractors, Suppliers & homeowners
- Enter bills and reconcile accounts in Quickbooks Pro
- Process Monthly draw requests
- Implement organized filing system
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration and construction
- Quickbooks experience
- Office Suite experience
- “Monday” experience helpful
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ​Strong organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
