Potentia Looking for Project Manager at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the business to design, implement and maintain technology systems across pharmacy, medical and support office. This role will focus on business applications, how these systems support end to end processes and will be the conduit between the business and IT.

The PM will work with internal stakeholders to articulate business requirements, assess solution options, support delivery of process and technology changes, and be the source of knowledge of key systems. The PM will coordinate with external vendors to define technical requirements, configure systems, implement system changes and resolve issues.

The PM will be skilled across IT project management, product management, process improvement, change management, options analysis, experience with software development lifecycle and competent with different project delivery methodologies including agile. Other desirable skills include workshop facilitation, business casing and experience with implementing data warehouses.

Experience And Skills

5+ years track record of project management and systems delivery experience in a corporate technology environment.

Demonstrated successful experience in delivering complex IT projects involving enterprise-level applications (including on-premise and SaaS).

Understanding and experience in integration of customer facing and back office systems such as CRM, Apps, product and financials.

Understanding and experience with data migration through system change projects.

Experience with process modelling, documenting technical requirements and system testing.

Demonstrated ability to communicate and present to a variety of business stakeholders including front line customer service representatives, technical stakeholders, and senior management.

Excellent business writing and oral communication skills particularly in the areas of problem definition, business process, impact and options assessment and solution design.

Tertiary degree with relevant subject – information systems, computer science and software development.
