Potomac Point Winery offers an active Vineyard, Tasting room, full service Bistro, and Event center, right in Stafford County! We truly are a step away from your everyday! We are seeking hospitality-oriented team members to help further our mission of providing a one-of-a-kind escape from the hustle and bustle of Northern Virginia in a Mediterranean-inspired atmosphere. Ideal candidates provide outstanding customer service while helping guests enjoy all our seasonally inspired menu has to offer!

Several Positions needed in each catagory:

Wine Tasting Attendant– Have a love for wine and engaging customers? Come join the PPW team as a wine tasting attendant. You will be responsible for curating wine tastings with PPW guests and club members. Looking for friendly and enthusiastic attendants that have a passion for all things wine related. You will be trained on the history and wines of Potomac Point Winery. Average pay with tips $14-$25/hr

Bistro Server– Looking for Bistro Servers that excel in an upbeat and upscale service environment. Must love wine! Come work in a beautiful setting offering a menu from a scratch kitchen. This position provides on-the-job education and training with advancement and cross-training opportunities. You can work as little as 10 hours per week or up to 40. Weekends are required as it is our busiest time. Average pay with tips $15-$30/hr

Food Runners & Bussers– start out learning the hospitality field. Looking for food runners to help deliver outstanding service. Looking for high energy individuals that want to be a part of a busy Bistro team. Opportunity for advancement and on the job training provided. Average pay with tips $12-$22/hr
