Job Description:

• You will be part of the Operations and Administrative Team assisting the manager in the areas of stakeholder management, general administration and studio operations.
• Sales and Customer Experience:
• Maintaining and updating our data base, students’ records
• Reporting of growth and attrition rate
• Tracking the daily schedules of teachers and students, ensuring that the classes are going on smoothly
• Providing after sales support and maintaining of customer relations
• Converting sales and customer acquisition
• Operations:
• Managing stocks and inventory of books
• Managing groceries, essential supplies related to the running of the studio
• Maintenance of the studio’s facilities and operation related matters
• Analyse the current work flows and strategies and look into improving retail operations
• Coordinate with manager in different operational issues and promotional activities
• Answering phone calls and email enquiries with professionalism and tact
• Events management
• Taking charge of all examination related matters, including registration, payments for examinations etc.
• Generating reports as directed by management
• Other Areas:
• Assisting the director with any administrative duties relating to human resource, accounts, business development/marketing related matters or any other matters as directed
• Preparing and sending out sales invoice
