Work as the liaison between the Field operations manager & The Service Manager Normal Working Hours: 6:30AM to 3:30PM (1 Hour lunch)
Pay Range 40,000 – 50,000 a year (Starting Pay dependent upon experience)
Responsibilities
- Customer relations and communication- Answering Phone calls / emails – Handling customer requests
- Scheduling installation Jobs and Surveys
- Closing out jobs and Invoicing Install/service work orders
- Tracking and invoicing change orders, Gathering Authorization for change orders.
- Handling Quotes, Drawings, and Proposal’s documentation.
- Ensuring Installers are following company safety standards.
- Installation & Service employees – Ensuring installers are clocked into their shift / Jobs- Controlling / tracking costing and installer’s times.
- Filing completed work away, Installs, Surveys, Service Calls, Quotes / Proposals
- Job Costing – Material & Labor reports
- Scheduling Hotel Stays (Best Value)
- Handling Project Managers request.
- Equipment Rental’s needs / P.O.’
- Dot Management and Tracking
- Coordinating with customers on-site dates
- Implementing and coordinating One Call’s / excavation
- Ensuring Jobs are ready & materials are present for following day scopes of work.
- Compiling proper customer close out documentation for customers & project managers, before & after photos, Video’s if needed, sign offs, close out paperwork.
Qualifications –
- Must be computer proficient.
- Able to use Excel, Word, Outlook, ect.
- Excellent communication and Customer Service Skills
- Must be highly organized.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to adhere to deadlines.
- Previous experience in Dispatch / Office / Project Management preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction / Signage preferred.
