ProCollect, Inc is looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Salary: $17.50- $29.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.

• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

• Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.

• Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.

• Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.

• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.

Required Experience:

• High school degree
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
