Position: Scheduling Coordinator

Our company is searching for an experienced, reliable, and task-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to perform broad range of tasks required to meet the needs of the company. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, capable of managing their workload, prioritizing tasks and is not afraid to take charge to solve issues that may arise in the process. Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive purchase orders.
• Follow up with purchasing for components lead time.
• Schedule order in production based on customer needs and parts arriving.
• Follow up with expediter to ensure parts will arrive on time before production date.
• Follow up with all departments for production date to be met.
• Change production scheduler based on any issues that may arise during the day.
• Ensure shipments leaves in timely manner.
• Inform the client consistently on order status and maintain positive relationships with them to accurately gauge their satisfaction.

Production Coordinator Skills

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Electronics experience +
• Minimum of three (3) years related experience.
• College degree in related field preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Advanced Microsoft office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
• Ability to create, learn and follow processes and procedures.
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas and skills
• Strong organizational, time management, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Multi-tasking, reporting skills, and scheduling.
