So, what does a Strategy Coach in a Business Coaching company for Trades based businesses do?

First, our clients are the owners of established plumbing, electrical and similar construction- based service businesses – typically between 4 and 60 employees.

Your role will be to ensure our clients have a world class experience which results in them growing their profits, creating a better lifestyle for themselves and growing as a person (nobody can improve their business without improving themselves).

You’ll be a “doer” and a “designer.”

The “doing” involves presenting coaching webinars, one-on-one coaching sessions, creating coaching resources, monitoring client engagement and results, maintaining our online coaching portals and Facebook Groups. You will step into a well-developed coaching system.

The “designing” involves a relentless focus on how we can improve our coaching systems to help our clients win even quicker. You’ll be amped to identify and implement business improvement projects.
