Job Profile Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Talent, Learning & Development, you will lead the Learning &
Development (L&D) approach for Prudential Singapore’s Corporate function.
In this role, you will design and facilitate an effective and fit-for-purpose learning journey that elevates the capabilities for our people.
As part of this dynamic role you will also work closely with the business and People Business Partners (PBPs) to cascade and embed these initiatives for the organization.
Job Description:
• Lead the development and delivery of L&D related programmes and initiatives to develop and upskill our people to meet the organization’s objectives and develop Best-in-Class people.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to drive and lead enterprise-wide peer sharing sessions and the orientation programme for new hires.
– Collaborate across departments to strengthen employee engagement and create an awesome learning experience for our people.
• Project manages key learning initiatives, drives and implements deliverables for effective organizational outcomes
• Curate training programs and develop structured training development plans or recommend appropriate development interventions aligned with the organization’s competency development and staff’s professional development needs.
• Drive the Coaching initiative and partner in-house Coaching Champions to amplify a coaching culture at Prudential Singapore.
• Drive analysis and reporting of L&D metrics to assess impact of Learning initiatives, leverage insights to make recommendations to enhance the learning experience for our people.
• Build and maintain external relationships with regulatory and vendor partners in support of the Career Conversion Programme and other external learning initiatives.
• Design and develop content to contribute to Learning and HR communications – e.g. internal eDMs and external features.
• Maintain oversight of L&D policy, Annual Mandatory Training exercise and New Hire onboarding trainings.
• Facilitate the learning needs analysis exercise and aggregate this towards formulating an overview of the organisations and department-specific learning needs.
• Support Head, Talent, Learning & Development to track and manage the Learning budget

Working Experience
• 5- 8 years of relevant experience in HR, ideally in areas related to Learning & Development (L&D), Organizational Development and Talent Management/Development
Education
• Degree in any field of study

• English
