About the opportunity:

• One of the best healthcare organizations of Massachusetts located in Burlington, MA is currently in need of a lot of Adult Direct Care Workers to join their growing team
• They work with adults to connect them with an array of employment and day program supports, community living and other residential aid, and family support
• You will be responsible for supporting the clients who are unable to perform routine daily activities without assistance

Adult Direct Care Worker Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the physical, mental, and emotional conditions of clients
• Performing personal hygiene care and housekeeping duties

• Administering medicine and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

• Assisting clients from their beds into chairs or wheelchairs, and back

• Accompanying clients on trips, such as medical appointments

Adult Direct Care Worker Qualifications:

• CPR and First Aid certification
• Caregiving experience with adults is highly preferred

• Applicants must pass the Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification

• Dependable, reliable, and caring
• Must have weekend availability
