Te Haeata/The Opportunity

As a Courts Registry Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our district courts.

🔑 Key Responsibilities Include

• Supporting the seamless delivery of court hearings, including Court Taking—announcing the Judge’s entry in both English and Te Reo Māori, calling cases, and general courtroom administration.
• Ensuring cases progress smoothly through proactive case management.
• Delivering exceptional customer service “kanohi ki te kanohi” (face-to-face), over the phone, via email, and at the public counter.
