About the role
We are seeking someone with great customer care and administrative skills to join our Masterton Customer Centre on a part time basis as an Associate Trustee.
Our Associate Trustees form a key part of our trustee teams, partnering with our Senior and Principal Trustees to provide exceptional service by connecting with our customers to manage their family assets, wills, estates, power of attorney and trusts in order to plan for their future. In this varied role, you will support the wider team, working with customers face to face and behind the scenes to establish their needs and provide appropriate solutions from Public Trust’s products and services.
This is a unique opportunity that requires someone with a high level of empathy, commercial acumen and exceptional interpersonal skills to work with our customers in what can often be a difficult time for them.
Who we’re looking for
Specialist knowledge of our industry and products is not required as we provide full (extensive!) training; however having a positive attitude, the ability to learn and problem-solve, as well as having integrity and resilience are integral to being successful in this role. We are looking for:
