Job Description

As a Barista, Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Create an attractive atmosphere in Tapestry bar through excellent service and ambiance
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, and blended coffees/teas
• Deliver beverages and meals to guests across Food & Beverage outlets
• Maintain high standards of quality, service, product, and cleanliness
• Perform daily preparation and closing duties, including cashier responsibilities

Qualifications

PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:

• Prior Barista experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong passion for building rapport with our guests.
• Ability to work well under pressure, think on your feet and ability to make quick decisions.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs (rotating 7 day roster)
• Dedication to upholding the Pullman Auckland brand standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• The right to work in New Zealand
