YOUR MISSION
- Identify and execute growth opportunities, to deliver the ecommerce sales target.
- Lead and manage the Ecommerce Operations, Performance marketing, Content teams to ensure the seasonal functional objectives are met.
- Develop and manage Ecommerce sales vs Budget. Including joint trading responsibility for the website together with the Teamhead merchandising.
- Online sales forecasting – identify and report on trends in trading performance and develop forecasts for peak trading periods online.
- P&L Management. Working with the Head of retail on the ecommerce P&L to ensure a health EBIT is maintained.
- Define and oversee the digital marketing strategy together with the performance marketing team to deliver effective campaigns (across paid social, organic, SEO, CRM)
- Lead the consumer experience strategy in ensuring an incredible experience for our consumers onsite.
- Maximize conversion by implementing CRO tactics and uphold brand standards across the sites with the support of the Ecommerce Executives, ensuring the website is merchandised to optimize conversion opportunities.
- Project manage new initiatives/ developments Brief front-end development changes and visual amends to agency/developers and monitor progress.
- Delivery of the trading calendar and marketing calendar activities.
- Web Analytics – monitor and measure site performance using GA, to understand our customer journey, make recommendations and improve experience.
- Overseeing and reporting to the head of retail on sales trends, customer behaviors and insight to enable better onsite experiences.
- Working closely with the wider teams, to align on in market plans and global ecommerce strategies- Wholesale teams, Global retail, and Brand marketing.
YOUR TALENT
- Proven and established experience in Ecommerce
- Managerial Experience
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a commercial drive
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills are essential.
- Technical experience with ecommerce platforms is essential.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels.
- Team player and willingness to support the wider team
- Flexible and responsive to change.
- Possess a forward thinking working ethic
- Work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and support the brand objectives. Interest in innovation and change
