Pure Dental Care Hiring for Dental Front Office at Renton, WA Full Time

Our privately owned modern dental office is looking for a friendly, detail oriented, and experienced front office administrator to join our team. This is a one-person front office position and is full-time 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm). We offer FLEXIBLE HOURS for the right candidate. NO WEEKENDS.

This position is available as a pure dental front office position but having a DA registration is a plus. Primarily help the back break down, and set up the rooms.

Job duties include but are not limited to greeting patients, answering phone calls, filing and following up on insurance claims and pre-authorizations, verifying insurance benefits and entering breakdowns into our system, collecting on past due account balances, posting insurance EOB payments, and managing aging report.

The ideal candidate should have great communication skills in person and over the phone, the ability to multi-task efficiently, knowledge of dental terminology, be reliable and accountable and be a good ream player.

Experience:

• Dental front office: 1 year (Required)
• Posting insurance EOB payments: 1 year (Required)

Pay: $29.00 – $33.00 per hour
