A career in Partner Affairs, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to provide strategic and operational support to current and former partners of the Firm. You’ll have a big part in supporting our partners from assisting with partner admissions and talent development to partner compensation, administration, and benefits.
Our team is responsible for managing our partners financial programmes, demographic data, reporting, and metrics within various Firm Human Resource systems. You’ll focus on designing and managing partner distribution, providing partner information relating to areas of responsibility, and policy interpretation to resolve or escalate issues to upper management.

The Operations pillar provides strategic and operational support for Partner Affairs. The Ops team leads our technology, analytics, and digital solutions. This role will serve as a PMO Manager working with the Product Owners to provide a long-term strategic vision for the Partner Affairs pillars. The PMO Manager will develop project management standards, monitor adherence and define testing strategy for projects. Lastly, product owner responsibilities in support of strategic projects.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success with project management, stakeholder management, managing project teams, including the following areas:
Demonstrated proficiency of core Partner Affairs business processes or equivalent Human Capital processes including succession planning, talent & performance management, core Payroll/HR data, admissions, health and financial benefits;
Demonstrated proficiency of core technology solutions and applications to enable business processes: Oracle Cloud HCM security/data management, Core HR/Payroll, 3rd party SaaS, custom and mobile applications, data services / hub, digital solutions for analytics and automations;
Leveraging PwC core Agile competencies, with particular emphasis on contributing to team success in playing the product owner role leading multiple agile teams focused on delivering business needs;
Implementing new, or significant changes to, firmwide programs and systems;
Collaborating with all levels of stakeholder groups to drive strategic direction and account for critical dependencies with other projects, programs, and initiatives;
Advising change management and communication activities with appropriate stakeholders to accelerate and realize benefits of transformation changes;
Translating business needs into a proposed technology approach, working with technical project teams to deliver a solution;
Managing RAID Logs (Risks, Actions, Issues and/or Dependencies) and escalating any new items to project leaders;
Working independently and managing the delivery of day-to-day operations and delivery of technology services to stakeholders and business partners through systems and data integration, including user acceptance testing and production support;
Managing application and business data integrity, as it relates to system integrations and manual data loads;
Performing root cause analysis on issues to identify trends and opportunities for technical and business process improvements;
Preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and,
Maintaining leading edge process and service delivery by encouraging citizen-led innovation & constantly expanding knowledge of organizational behavior, emerging technology and trends.
