Title: Contract Manager

Location: Virtual/Remote

Clearance Level: No formal clearance required

QED Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contract Manager who will manage a variety of U.S. Federal contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements. The Contract Manager will be a key team member and provide advice to QED’s executives and business units on contract management and policy compliance matters.

The Location: This position can be performed 100% virtually

The work:

• Responds to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions
• Identifies risks and issues, suggests alternatives that lead to the best solution
• Reviews and manages contractual obligations of the parties and provides continual review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met
• Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc.
• Prepares NDA’s, TA’s and subcontracts
• Ensures all contractual obligations are met on time, including IDIQ/GWAC master contract deliverables, contract burn rates, etc.
• Support Program Managers delivery of project deliverables
• Responsible for consultation and escalation to the COO or CEO of contractual or business risks/issues that are not solved satisfactorily by the project team in a timely manner
• Responsible for documentation and implementation of CM processes
• Acts as the primary contact between the project team and/or business unit ensuring that all contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly
• Supports pricing team with salary research, geographic cost of living information, etc.
• Acts as liaison between QED and agency contracts personnel
• Responsible for informing the project team of the requirements of the contract and monitoring compliance
• Develops and integrates contract management tools, templates, methods and processes for the engagement
• May provide training to Contract Management and project personnel
• Actively involved Contract Management initiatives

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Contract Management experience
• 4+ years’ experience in a government contracting environment

Other required skills:

• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFAR
• Knowledge of Service Workers Contract Act (SCA)
• Experience managing a fast paced work-load
• Strong communications (verbal and written) skills

Highly Desired:

• Bachelor, Masters, or Juris Doctor degree
• Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) Preferred
