QRC Tai Tokerau Sales Support & Administration

Step into a varied and pivotal role providing administrative and sales support to our student services and academic team. In this role you are also the first point of contact with students, visitors, and stakeholders, it is integral that you maintain a friendly and approachable attitude.

The Role

• Supporting our Future Students Team by:

1. Attending Careers Expos throughout the North Island on occasion
2. Facilitate school excursions on campus visits
3. Assist in our Experience QRC events on campus
4. Following up leads

• Managing incoming calls, email enquiries and campus visits
• Supporting various departments with administrative work such as updating our CRM, Students accounts and inputting data
• Diary management through scheduling and tracking meetings and appointments
• Assist Accounts Department
• Organising, arranging, and coordinating meeting minutes 
• General office management such as refiling office supplies and ordering stationery

About You

• Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent communication (including public speaking) skills
• Strong administration experience
• Experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Suite
• Experience working with CRM
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Organised, time management & the ability to prioritise
• Motivated, proactive self-starter who will make your own success
• Attention to detail and strong accuracy

On Offer

• Full Time 37.5 – 40 hours working week (Mon – Fri)
