Job Summary –

Responsible for serving guests at the front desk while providing the highest level of services possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.

Responsibilities and Duties –

• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, taking ID and issuing room key.
• Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
• Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
• Run daily reports, identify any special requests and check reports for accuracy.
• Complete designated cashier, balance and drop receipts according to the hotel policy and close reports in the system.
• Should be able to work flexible scheduling. Holidays and Weekend availability is a must due nature of the business.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
• Troubleshoot guestroom issues & any concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Maintain clean office and surroundings
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards & address guests’ service needs.
• Assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and able to lift 25-35lbs.

Education –

High School Diploma & Computer Knowledge

Shifts –

Overnight (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 – $12.00 per hour
