What you need:
– 3+ years of experience in a similar role
– DEP in secretarial studies, a plus
– Strong communication skills in both French and English
– Proficient knowledge in MS suite
T*he Administrative Assistant will be responsible for: *
-Manage administrative requests and work requests
– Prepare documents, letters, and reports
– Coordinate monthly invoicing
– Distribute memos, emails, letters, and forms
– Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings
