Aloha,

We are actively seeking to expand our growing Residential Management division of our construction company.

The employee in this role will be working directly alongside the General Manager of the company’s Residential Management Division in order to understand and facilitate daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly needs within the division.

As the Residential Management Coordinator, you will work closely with the Residential Managers in the field and General Management in order to facilitate daily field operations, coordinate man power, follow up on tasks and projects, perform quality control inspections of properties, review and monitor various scopes of work via communication with each Residential Manager, and schedule repeated maintenance services.

The ideal candidate will possess or show potential to exhibit the following traits:

Fluency in the construction and property management industry in regards to industry specific terminology and “lingo”.

Ability to collaborate with a team in a construction manner.

Ability to create detailed home manuals.

Possess abilities to proficiently maintain a schedule and a calendar.

Punctuality, integrity, and eagerness to learn are also key attributes for this niche line of work.

Work Hours are from 7am – 3:30pm or 8am – 4:30pm as desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $68,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver’s License (Required)
