Quickway Carriers is looking for a motivated Night Shift Front Desk Clerk/Back Haul Coordinator at our Shelbyville, IN location! Quickway is a 100% Employee Owned Company and we are looking for the right person that takes ownership in their career.

Job Description

• Answering high volumes of incoming calls
• Providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining daily communications with drivers and customers
• Tracking of inbound/outbound freight – scheduling backhaul loads
• Data Entry
• Night Shift: 6:00PM – 6:00AM

Job Requirements

• Ability to operate standard office equipment
• Oral and written communication skills
• Transportation experience preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail oriented
• Skilled in working under stressful and fast-paced conditions
