We are looking for a Member Advocate who can help deliver a best-in-class member experience for all that use the Quit Genius program. This is a member-facing role where you will be the first point of contact for our members to help support them when needed. This will be an incredibly rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of many of our members to help them overcome their addiction.

Responsibilites

Help deliver a best-in-class member experience.

Help members get quick access to care from their clinical team.

Help members with any queries they may have about the program or their care.

Help members understand how Quit Genius works

Help members with billing queries or product queries.

Help individuals understand their covered benefit or cost if accessing mental health coverage through their health plan

Facilitate care navigation (e.g. provide information to internal and external resources when needed).

Work with internal growth and client success team to ensure strong program enrollment and engagement.

Assist the product team and clinical team with member issues e.g rescheduling calls.

Help create workflows and resources to allow this function to scale.

Requirements

You have 1+ year of experience working with patients in a healthcare setting.

You have can provide Excellent Customer Service at every interaction

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Passionate about helping people and excited by our mission

Strong problem-solving skills

Attention to detail – you are extremely organized, thrive on identifying and delivering results
