About This Role

R.R. Cassidy, a rapidly growing Quanta Services company based in Prairieville, LA. Our capabilities allow us to perform conventional work, but our focus and expertise are on the projects that are tough to tackle. Our company specializes in deep foundation drilling, driven pipe pile, and caisson work in the electric power industry. At R.R. As an expanding company, R.R. Cassidy is looking for a Laborer who is experienced, self-motivated, able to work and adapt in fast-paced environments, and willing to embrace the challenges of working with evolving tasks and structures. Candidates must be willing to travel throughout the Southeast United States.

What You’ll Do

• Serves as general project laborer
• Assists in loading and unloading trucks
• Responsible for housekeeping-related tasks for the equipment, facility, tools, and jobsite
• Cleans up and assists superintendent with securing jobsite at end of day
• Works as spotter for equipment operators to ensure safe operation of machinery
• Provides general assistance as requested to operator 1, operator 2, senior operators, and foremen
• Serves as general support to project teams and reports to foremen
• Actively identifies and proactively addresses safety concerns and communicates to appropriate team members
• Complies with all DOT regulations and reporting requirements related to CDL status (if applicable)
