UPRISE Management LLC Hiring for Social Media Director at Remote Full Time

UPRISE Management is seeking a motivated, organized candidate to lead our Social Media and Content Marketing Team. The ideal candidate is a well-organized self-starter who can take the reins and own this part of the business. We are looking for someone who has experience working in a client-facing environment (via Zoom/Teams), someone that constantly stays up to date on social media trends and has a creative approach when ideating social content.

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram and that possesses a creative mind and outside-the-box thinking!

Preferably a leader that can take on a lot of responsibility.

We are currently focusing on TikTok services for many of our new and potential clients, so a large part of this role will be focusing on ideating TikTok content for our clients, as well as planning and executing TikTok strategies for various industries.

Responsibilities

• Ideate content creation and campaigns across social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok
• Plan and execute social media and content marketing strategies and establish KPIs
• Oversee daily planning, posting, and scheduling for each client’s social channels
• Develop engaging copy for social content, maintaining the clients’ brand voice
• Research and report on competition and emerging social trends
• Continuously measure and optimize social content performance while also establishing benchmarks for our clients
• Create and analyze monthly reports to identify areas of opportunity and clear social roadmaps for marketing, creative, and leadership teams
• Stay up to date on new social media tools and best practices
• Deeply tap into pop culture moments, latest trends, and social listening to ensure each client is operating in the most engaging, progressive fashion

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience developing, running and managing social media channels as well as social media-based campaigns
• At least 2 years of experience buildings a brand’s social strategy
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
• A can-do approach, a go-getter that works and stays organized in a constantly changing environment
• Strong organization skills: a self-directed individual that works effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
• Strong experience with content planning and analytics tools
• Proven track record of executing social media campaigns across various platforms
• Proficiency with video and photo editing tools – A big advantage!!
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6,000.00 – $9,000.00 per month
