This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual, who is keen to develop a rewarding career in rural banking. The Agribusiness Associate position is a great stepping-stone towards becoming an Agribusiness Manager. In this role, you will work closely under the guidance of Agribusiness Manager/s in the team, to manage and grow a portfolio of rural clients, through developing strong client relationships, responding to requirements of prospective and existing clients, and meeting individual targets.

To succeed in the role you’ll need:

• Self-motivation, ambition and a drive to succeed

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well to others

• Previous experience in relationship management or similar, ideally gained within rural banking or a related industry.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relevant agricultural discipline.

• Good analytical aptitude and problem solving skills

• A passion for the agricultural industry.
