Contract Opportunity: Construction client has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Construction Site Admin Assistant for a construction project opportunity in Laurel, MT. You need 2-20+ years of experience working in an administrative role. You need 1-20+ years of experience working on a construction site as a Construction Site Admin Assistant. You need to be local to Superior, WI or within a commutable distance. You will be expected to work 5, 10 hour days and will make time & ½ for any hours worked over 40 in the week!

responsibilities:

• Work in a construction trailer and provide onsite administrative support to the construction management team on a large construction project
• Your biggest responsibility will be to enter & confirm all time cards are accurate and uploaded into the system each week
• Provide general administrative & clerical support to managers on site
• Organize and maintain project files, filing system and project communications
• Update record copies, engineering project documentation and changes
• Record minutes from Project Manager/team meetings from time to time
• Collect and distribute client bills and invoices
• Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents as requested
