Exciting Opportunity: Join a Dynamic Government Call Centre Team!

We are seeking four motivated individuals to join a renowned government organization’s call centre. In this role, you’ll deliver top-notch service to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

The Role

• Start Date: ASAP, 9th September
• Duration: 10-week initial assignment
• Pay: $27 per hour + 8% holiday pay, paid weekly
• Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (1-hour break)
• Remote Work: Work from home every Friday

About You

• Previous customer service experience is ideal, but we welcome applicants from various backgrounds, including call centres, hospitality, retail, and university students.
• Thrives in a challenging and vibrant environment.
• Must hold valid working rights in New Zealand (working visa, residency, or citizenship).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring positive and high-quality interactions.
• Answer inbound calls from students across New Zealand, addressing their inquiries in a timely manner.
• Engage in strong, effective conversations with customers, showing genuine interest in resolving their issues.
• Interact with customers via email, webchat, and telephone.

Requirements

• Must have long-term work rights in New Zealand.
• A clear criminal history is essential.
