Job Overview:

This position is for a Technology Application Architect supporting Enterprise Credit program.

We are looking for someone who can work in a matrix environment, can work on multiple projects concurrently, and will take ownership and pride in their work.

Responsibilities:

• This role is responsible for providing leadership, technical direction, and oversight to a team as they deliver technology solutions as an individual contributor.

• Key responsibilities of the role include developing solutions and processes for delivering features based on their knowledge of design/architectural patterns and Agile/DevOps practices.

• This role ensures the systems design and requirements are aligned to achieve the desired business outcomes, and that team practices and coding/quality principles are aligned to achieve the desired technology outcomes.

• They have built significant experience through multiple software implementations and have developed both depth and breadth in a number of technical competencies.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading end to end delivery across various initiatives pertaining to Java, UI, REACT, SQL technologies

• Performing requirement analyses.

• Developing high-quality and detailed designs.

• Conducting testing using manual and automated unit test frameworks.

• Code reviews and providing feedback using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.

• Stakeholder communication & coordination

• Project planning, Reporting and Risk Mitigation

Primary Skill:

• JavaScript

Requirements:

• Hands on experience in leading Java, REACT (UI), Web services, SQL, Unix based projects

• Experience designing tech solutions, partnering with on / offshore teammates to ensure timely delivery

• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.

• Excellent planning and reporting skills

• Experience leading & mentoring large teams

• Banking and Credit knowledge is desirable

• Experience with Analytics projects is desired

• Experience working in an AGILE environment is a plus.

• Solution Design – Ability to design and develop significant components within an application and has performed code reviews.

• Capable of understanding technical details and ability to translate those to a nontechnical audience

• Excellent analytical and process-based skills i.e. process flow diagrams, functional diagrams & etc.

• Min 5+ years team lead and can guide team member with skills & practices

• Experience with Agile/Lean SDLC development

• Experience with using JIRA to manage book of work
