Customer Service Rep

Randstad is working with a mission-driven company within health care looking for a call center customer service representative to fill a position in their Boston, MA location right in Downtown. This location does have access to the train. The ideal candidate will have experience using CRM with a customer service background. The position is temporary for 6 months and will be Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30.

Responsibilities

• Speaking with clients daily

• Having knowledge of CRM

• Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism

• Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls

• Administrative duties as well as projects as needed
