Document Chaser

Do you have experience as a Document Chaser / Document Specialist / Data Entry Agent and are looking for a professional, busy office to grow with? We are immediately looking for Document Specialists to support our client in Coral Springs, FL. Our ideal candidates should have some basic knowledge of medical terminology and have an Upbeat, positive demeanor. We Are Looking for Individuals Who Are:

Responsibilities

Must be able to perform advanced, diversified and confidential administrative, data entry and document chasing to complete progress notes.

Excellent verbal communication skills, reliability, Microsoft office skills and data entry experience is a must.

• PC proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Suites.

• Various data base experience is preferred.

• Requires strong attention to detail, task oriented, strong organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Be able to multi-task, self-manage & prioritize task at hand.

• Be a self-starter with little supervision.
