HR Generalist

A non-profit is looking for an HR Generalist to work closely with all members of the HR team. The HR Generalist will communicate with individuals across the company regarding hiring, filing monthly reports, setting up interviews, and scheduling meetings for the Vice President . Responsibilities include responding to general inquiries and providing customer service to all employees, assisting departments and programs with intern and regular hire recruitment needs, and for providing support to the entire HR department. • Email follow up

• Facilitating the onboarding process including running background checks and verification of employment
