Laser Machine Operator

Great opportunity with a manufacturer in Mooresville. This position is a second shift opening running a Trumpf Laser Machine. You’ll gain valuable experience running programs, learning how to perform QA, and material handling with a small but dedicated team. Contract to hire opportunity and they are looking to invest.

Responsibilities

This position is working as a laser machine operator. You’ll be loading the machine with metal sheets, running the correct program for production and storing the finished product in the warehouse. Forklift experience is required as that is how you will be moving and storing the finished product.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
