Title: Warehouse Specialist II

Heavy Data Entry
Extreme attention to detail (very little room for error)
Forklift is a bonus but not required
Excel experience is very helpful

Candidate will receive goods (boxes typically weigh 40# or less). Product will be opened and taken to clinical returns to cross check and reconcile. This is a controlled substance and the reports go to the DEA. Cannot stress enough the importance of attention to detail.

Job Description:

• Prepare and process all Clinical and DEA material per requirements via the appropriate systems,
• Arcos/Key Interface system and IRT systems
• Regularly lift a maximum of 50 pounds per activity. Continuous standing for prolonged periods (more than 1 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day).

Background:

• Customer Service background.
• Ability to operate forklift a plus.
• Computer skills and data entry.
• Excel Experience

Major Responsibilities:

• Computer data entry
• Coordinate material flow activity in P1, P3.
• Reconciliation of returns via visual count /check

• High School diploma or equivalent,
• Basic Math, Basic Computer skills and spreadsheet knowledge
• Excellent reading and communication skills
