The role
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic UK Student Recruitment Manager to join the team and make a difference to Ravensbourne’s student recruitment targets in the UK.
The postholder manages a team of two student recruitment officers, leading them and working together to meet and exceed student recruitment targets for FE, UG and PG.
The role includes oversight of recruitment events such as UCAS exhibitions including Create Your Future, and the postholder is a key team player in the delivery of onsite events such as open days, open studios, discovery days and conversion events.
Building and maintaining positive working relationships with schools and colleges across the UK is an important part of the role, working alongside the Partnerships & Engagement Manager.
Working closely with the wider recruitment team, and with colleagues in Marketing and Admissions, the postholder will evaluate recruitment and conversion activities and work to continually improve and develop them.
The candidate
Our ideal candidate will have experience of student recruitment in higher education, including delivering on and off campus events, managing relationships with schools and partners, and working to recruitment targets. They will be customer focussed and have the desire to achieve and succeed in their work.
